§ 32:11D-11 — Voting power
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
Each member shall be entitled to 1 vote on all matters which may come before the commission. No action of the commission shall be taken at any meeting unless a majority of the membership shall vote in favor thereof. L.1961, c. 13, p. 49, s. 2.5.
