§ 32:11D-110 — Effectuation by chief executive

New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The chief executive is authorized to take such action as may be necessary and proper, in his discretion, to effectuate the compact and the initial organization and operation of the commission thereunder. L.1961, c. 13, p. 89, s. 15.2.
