§ 32:11D-7 — Commission created
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The Delaware River Basin Commission is hereby created as a body politic and corporate, with succession for the duration of this compact, as an agency and instrumentality of the governments of the respective signatory parties. L.1961, c. 13, p. 48, s. 2.1.
