§ 32:11D-50 — Rates and charges
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
Rates and charges fixed by the commission for power which is produced by its facilities shall be reasonable, nondiscriminatory, and just. L.1961, c. 13, p. 63, s. 9.5.
