§ 32:11D-47 — Power generation
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission may develop and operate, or authorize to be developed and operated, dams and related facilities and appurtenances for the purpose of generating hydroelectric power and hydroelectric energy. L.1961, c. 13, p. 63, s. 9.2.
