Text
The commission shall provide for the development of water related public sports and recreational facilities. The commission on its own account or in cooperation with a signatory party, political subdivision or any agency thereof may provide for the construction, maintenance and administration of such facilities, subject to the provisions of section 8.2 hereof. L.1961, c. 13, p. 62, s. 8.1.
