§ 32:11D-40 — Fish and wildlife
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission may acquire, sponsor or operate projects and facilities for the maintenance and improvement of fish and wildlife habitats related to the water resources of the basin. L.1961, c. 13, p. 61, s. 7.3.
