§ 32:11D-38 — Watersheds generally
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission shall promote sound practices of watershed management in the basin, including projects and facilities to retard runoff and waterflow and prevent soil erosion. L.1961, c. 13, p. 61, s. 7.1.
