§ 32:11D-37 — Flood and stream stage warnings and posting
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission may cause lands particularly subject to flood to be posted with flood hazard warnings, and may from time to time cause flood advisory notices to be published and circulated as conditions may warrant. L.1961, c. 13, p. 61, s. 6.4.
