§ 32:11B-7 — Liberal construction required
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
This act shall be liberally construed so as to facilitate the construction, operation and maintenance of said crossing. L.1946, c. 18, p. 54, s. 7.
