§ 32:11D-17 — Supreme Court decree; waivers

New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
Each of the signatory States and their respective political subdivisions, in consideration of like action by the others, and in recognition of reciprocal benefits, hereby waives and relinquishes for the duration of this compact any right, privilege or power it may have to apply for any modification of the terms of the decree of the United States Supreme Court in New Jersey v. New York, 347 U.S. 995 (1954) which would increase or decrease the diversions authorized or increase or decrease the releases required thereunder, except that a proceeding to modify such decree to increase diversions or compensating releases in connection with such increased diversions may be prosecuted by a proper party to effectuate rights, powers, duties and obligations under section 3.3 of this compact, and except
