§ 30:9A-7 — Project application
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Each project application shall contain such information and be submitted in such form and at such time as may be required by regulations of the department. The county mental health board shall transmit to the department its recommendations with respect to each project which has been submitted to it. L.1957, c. 146, p. 551, s.
