§ 30:9A-21 — Rules, regulations.
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
4.The commissioner or the Commissioner of Children and Families, as applicable, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1995, c.321, s.4; amended 2006, c.47, s.174.
