All of the functions, powers and duties of, and records and property maintained by, the Department of Conservation and Economic Development and the Commissioner of Conservation and Economic Development under and pursuant to the following enumerated acts are hereby transferred to and vested in the State Department of Human Services and the Commissioner of Human Services, respectively, and shall be exercised and used through the Division of Economic Assistance in the State Department of Human Services, in accordance with the provisions of this act and as otherwise provided by law: a. "General Public Assistance Law" (P.L.1947, c.156); and b. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.1989, c.88.) L.1950,c.166,s.5; amended 1989,c.88,s.5.
