§ 30:13-4 — Responsibilities as inclusive but not limitation
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
The responsibilities of nursing homes shall include, but shall not be limited to, those enumerated in this act. L.1976, c. 120, s. 4, eff. Nov. 30, 1976.
