Text
The provisions of subsections a., c., d., e., and h. of 2C:41-1; 2C:41-2; subsections b., c., d., e., and f. of 2C:41-3; and 2C:41-4 shall be liberally construed to effectuate the remedial purposes of this chapter. L.1981, c. 167, s. 2, eff. June 15, 1981.
