New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
3.For purposes of P.L.1991, c.432 (C.2C:33-21 et seq.), the term "police, fire or emergency medical communications system" shall not include radar devices used to monitor vehicular speed. L.1991,c.432,s.3.
