7.
a.All records maintained pursuant to P.L.2015, c.147 (C.2C:14-13 et al.) shall be confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or institution except as otherwise provided by law.
b.A victim shall be provided with copies of all protective orders issued pursuant to P.L.2015, c.147 (C.2C:14-13 et al.) and other relevant documents upon request at no cost. L.2015, c.147, s.7.
