§ 2C:14-11 — Definitions relative to victims of sex offenses.
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
1.As used in this act: "Sex offense" means a sex offense as defined in subsection b. of section 2 of P.L.1994, c.133 (C.2C:7-2). "Victim" means a "victim" as defined in N.J.S.2C:14-1. L.2007, c.133, s.1.
