Text

1.As used in this act: "Automated external defibrillator" means an automated external defibrillator as defined in section 2 of P.L.1999, c.34 (C.2A:62A-24). "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health and Senior Services. "State building" means a building or portion of a building that is owned, leased or operated by a State agency. L.2001,c.375,s.1.
