§ 2A:62A-14 — Amendment of bylaws
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
a.No bylaws shall be amended in accordance with section 2 of this act unless the amendment is approved by the owners of at least two-thirds of the units held by unit owners other than the developer in the qualified common interest community.
b.Bylaws adopted in accordance with section 2 of this act shall apply to actions for injuries sustained on or after the operative date of the bylaws. L. 1989, c. 9, s. 3.
