§ 2A:62A-18 — Reports of suspected arson related burn injuries, immunity
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
2.A person acting in accordance with the requirements of this act in making a report required by subsection b. of N.J.S.2C:58-8 shall be immune from any civil liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed. The person shall also be immune from civil liability for testimony given in any judicial proceeding resulting from or concerning such a report. L.1991,c.433,s.2.
