The officer or other person mentioned in section 2A:61-1 of this title having charge of any sale of real estate may, whenever the sale, in his opinion, will be promoted by publication in such a newspaper, in addition to the publications required by section 2A:61-1, select a newspaper printed in a foreign language, circulating in the neighborhood of the property to be sold. The same fees shall be allowed and paid for publication in a newspaper printed and published in a foreign language as in other cases. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
