Text
Whenever a permanent injunction is issued pursuant to the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act, a penalty of not less than $300.00 nor more than $1,000.00 shall be imposed upon the person maintaining the nuisance. L.1983, c. 234, s. 7, eff. June 30, 1983.
