In an action brought pursuant to section 3 of this amendatory and supplementary act, evidence of the general reputation of the location or an admission or finding of guilt of the person under the criminal laws against prostitution or obscenity is admissible for the purpose of proving the existence of the nuisance. L.1983, c. 234, s. 5, eff. June 30, 1983.
