§ 2A:42A-9 — "Agricultural or horticultural land" defined
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
1.As used in this act, "agricultural or horticultural land" means orchards, nurseries or other land devoted to the production for sale of plants, crops, trees, forest products or other related commodities. L.1997,c.378,s.1.
