New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Nothing in this act shall create a duty of care or ground of liability for damages for the death or injury to person or property. L.1968, c. 73, s. 5, eff. July 1, 1968.
