Text
In any action in which a temporary restraining order or an interlocutory injunction is sought the court may, as a condition of granting such relief, require reasonable security, not exceeding $10,000.00 or cash not exceeding $500.00. L.1974, c. 169, s. 9, eff. Dec. 9, 1974.
