§ 2A:33-2 — Place of impounding chattels
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Chattels distrained or taken by distress, at one time, for any cause whatsoever, shall be impounded together or the distraining party shall be liable in treble damages to the party aggrieved. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
