§ 2A:33-15 — Distress for residue.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
When the value of the property distrained shall not amount to the full value of the arrears further distraints may be made from time to time, for the residue of the arrears. Any such further distress shall be made within the time limited by this chapter. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
