7.The right to bring an action under this act is in addition to and not in derogation of the right to bring any other civil or criminal action. This act shall be construed so that any director, officer, servant, employee or other person authorized to act on behalf of a corporation may be personally liable under the provisions of this act. L.1992,c.7,s.7.
