§ 2A:30B-4 — Special guardian
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
4.If the parent or guardian is to be a defendant in the action, the court shall appoint a special guardian to bring the action on behalf of the child. L.1992,c.7,s.4.
