§ 2A:17-60 — Sales; leave of court
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Rights and credits levied upon shall not be sold without leave of the court. Sales of rights in real estate taken hereunder shall be made in the manner provided by law for judicial sales of real estate. Sales of rights and credits in the nature of personal property shall be made in the manner provided by law for judicial sales of chattels.
