Text

The title of a purchaser who in good faith has purchased goods and chattels from an execution defendant and has paid for them prior to the actual levy of an execution thereon, without notice thereof, shall not be divested because the execution was delivered before the purchase was made. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
