§ 2A:17-6 — Dispute as to application of proceeds of executions out of different courts

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
In a controversy between execution creditors as to the application of money realized from the sale of the property of a judgment debtor under executions issued out of different courts, the superior court shall in a summary action hear and decide the entire controversy. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
