15. a. The department shall use administrative enforcement, to the same extent as used for intrastate cases, in response to a request made by another state to enforce a support order, and shall promptly report the results of the enforcement procedure to the requesting state. The department shall respond to a request made by another state to enforce a support order through electronic means, when feasible. b. The department may, by electronic or other means, transmit to another state a request for assistance in enforcing support orders through administrative enforcement. c. The requesting state's request shall:

(1)include such information as will enable the state to which the request is transmitted to compare the information about the case to the information in the databases of the state; a
