10.All federal and state agencies conducting activities pursuant to the requirements of Title IV-D, shall have access directly or through the department to any system used by the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation and law enforcement agencies in the State to locate an individual. The information shall be made available to the department through electronic means when feasible. L.1998,c.1,s.10.
