§ 2A:17-56.31. Adoption of standards
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
5.The Administrative Office of the Courts, in consultation with the Department of Human Services, shall adopt standards concerning the qualifications and responsibilities of private collection agencies that may enter into contracts with the probation departments and the contract provisions, including maximum fees that can be charged. The contracts shall comply with all applicable federal program requirements. L.1993,c.110,s.5.
