§ 2A:17-56.25. Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The Department of Human Services shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to its rule-making authority under the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) in order to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 278, s. 22, eff. Oct. 1, 1985.
