Text

Failure or refusal to make the payments required by section 2A:17-53 of this title shall render such person, agent or officer so failing or refusing liable to an action therefor by the judgment creditor named in the execution. Any amount recovered by the judgment creditor in such an action shall be applied to the payment of the execution. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
