§ 2A:17-40 — Deed to purchaser of real estate; recital of execution

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A sheriff or other officer selling real estate by virtue of an execution to him directed, shall make to the purchaser thereof a deed of the real estate sold, which shall recite the execution by virtue of which the real estate therein described was sold. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
