Text

All advertisements for the sale of real estate by virtue of executions issued out of any court of this state shall state the approximate amount of the judgment or order sought to be satisfied by the sale. When practicable, the advertisements shall state the street numbers of the real estate to be sold. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
