§ 2A:168A-6 — Inapplicability of act to law enforcement agencies
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
This act shall not be applicable to any law enforcement agency; however, nothing herein shall preclude a law enforcement agency in its discretion from adopting the policies and procedures set forth herein. L.1974, c. 161, s. 7, eff. Nov. 15, 1974.
