§ 2A:168A-15 — Pardons unaffected.

9.Nothing in this act shall be deemed to alter, limit or affect the manner of applying for pardons to the Governor, and a certificate issued under this act shall not be deemed or construed to be a pardon. L.2007, c.327, s.9.
