Text
The manufacture for, or sale or offer for sale, transport or causing to be transported for the purpose of sale or delivery after sale within the State of New Jersey of any article of wearing apparel or fabric which, under the provisions of section four of this act, is so highly flammable as to be dangerous when worn by individuals shall be unlawful. L.1953, c. 267, p. 1788, s. 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1954.
