§ 2A:123-21 — Violations; penalties

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any person who willfully violates this act shall forfeit and pay a penalty of not less than $200.00 nor more than $500.00 for the first offense, and not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for the second or any subsequent offense, to be sued for and recovered by and in the name of the division in a summary proceeding in accordance with the penalty enforcement law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). Each tent or sleeping bag sold or exposed for sale shall constitute a separate violation. L.1975, c. 286, s. 6, eff. Jan. 12, 1976.
