Text
It shall be unlawful for anyone to sell, hold for sale, or to cause the transportation for purposes of sale or delivery after sale within the State any sleeping bag or tent that is not classified by the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs as being flame resistant according to the standards and regulations that the director shall promulgate pursuant to this act. L.1975, c. 286, s. 2, eff. Dec. 1, 1976.
