Text
Section 1 of this act shall not preclude liability for civil damages as the result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Reckless, willful, or wanton misconduct constitutes gross negligence for the purposes of this act. L. 1986, c. 30, s. 3, eff. June 23, 1986.
