§ 2A:42A-7 — Liability for dangerous condition
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
This act shall not limit the liability which would otherwise exist for willful or malicious failure to guard, or to warn against, a dangerous condition, use, structure or activity. L. 1985, c. 431, s. 2, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
