§ 2A:35A-13 — Construction of act, rules, regulations and orders
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
This act and any rules, regulations and orders adopted hereunder shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose and intent thereof. L.1974, c. 169, s. 13, eff. Dec. 9, 1974.
